Welcome to AiCorner. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tool Verse platform, including our skills marketplace of 0 published skills, MCP server integrations, and API services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, developers, and others who access or use the AiCorner ecosystem.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of AiCorner, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the following skills and services according to our guidelines:
Skill Usage
Users must maintain high-quality code standards for all skills deployed via the Marketplace.
Marketplace Integrity
Rate limits and security protocols must be respected to ensure ecosystem stability.
You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service, including ensuring that any agents or workflows you build using these skills do not engage in malicious behavior or data exfiltration.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tool Verse and its licensors.
Skill Ownership
Developers retain 100% ownership of the original logic within their created “Skills.” However, by publishing to the AiCorner Marketplace, you grant us a worldwide license to host and distribute your skill to other platform users.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AiCorner.
4. Limitation of Liability
AiCorner provides a platform for agent orchestration and tool execution. We do not guarantee the specific performance or accuracy of AI-generated content or autonomous agent behavior.
- We are not liable for data inaccuracies produced by third-party MCP servers or published skills.
- Users assume all risk for agent actions performed in production environments.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the last 12 months.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or violate a skill’s license.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion via the Developer Console.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By installing any skill from the Marketplace, you additionally agree to the skill’s own license terms, which are displayed on each skill listing.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within California for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
